Qu’importe qu’ils soient issus d’une téléréalité ou d’un grand palace étoilé, les chefs cartonnent de plus en plus sur les réseaux sociaux. Sur Instagram ou même Tiktok, de plus en plus de chefs se mettent aux réseaux sociaux et produisent régulièrement du contenu pour leurs abonnés. Conseils de cuisine, astuces, recettes, tout est fait pour … Le confinement a en effet révélé de nombreuses passions pour la cuisine chez les français. Mais c’est surtout avec la fermeture des restaurants que les chefs ont eu besoin de se renouveler et ce, pour notre plus grand plaisir.

Voici un petit florilège de chefs à suivre si vous voulez être au top de votre cooking game.

 

Cédric Grolet – @cedricgrolet

Chef pâtissier plusieurs fois sacré meilleur pâtissier du Monde, il s’est imposé sur Instagram comme référence. Connu grâce à ses fruits en trompe l’œil, il est aujourd’hui suivi pour ses créations qualifiées d’œuvres d’art. Des pâtisseries qui nous est possible d’acheter grâce au clic and collect ou en livraison à domicile pour tous les parisiens.

Le chef étoilé et meilleur ouvrier de France connu pour ses nombreuses émissions télévisées comme Cauchemar en Cuisine ou Top chef est également très présent sur les réseaux. Sur Instagram, avec plus de 920 mille abonnés, il ne partage pourtant aucune photo de ses créations, seulement du lifestyle et des backstages de ses émissions.

Saviez-vous que le chef était également un musicien ? Pendant le confinement il a agrémenté sa chaine de différentes vidéos avec des amis et célébrités où ils reprenaient en musique différents titres.

Chef triplement étoilé et meilleur ouvrier de France a également prit possession d’Instagram en publiant régulièrement ses plats qu’il réalise dans son restaurant Le Bristol Paris ou son bistrot Lazare.

Il promouvoit aujourd’hui son offre « Lazare chez vous », des plats concoctés dans son bistrot que vous pouvez récupérer directement au parvis de la gare Saint-Lazare ou les recevoir en livraison si vous habitez Paris et ses alentours.

Mais alors que Top Chef vient de reprendre depuis plusieurs semaines, je ne pouvais pas terminer cet article sans parler des (anciens) candidats de Top Chef qui ont été propulsés par l’émission et qui aujourd’hui cartonnent également sur les réseaux sociaux, parfois même plus que les grands chefs cités précédemment.

Candidat de Top Chef 2020, Mallory continue de profiter de sa célébrité en mettant en place pleins de projets. Récemment, on l’a vu apparaître dans cauchemar en cuisine aux côtés de Philippe Etchebest. Sur les réseaux sociaux il parle principalement de sa cuisine, il propose des recettes et met en avant ses différents projets : des cours de cuisines avec Storyple ou encore avec son offre de Box sous le concept « Mallory at Home ».

Gagnant de l’édition Top Chef 2012, ce chef cuisinier français qui se veut authentique tout en cassant les codes. Son dernier restaurant nommé « Mamie » pour sa grand-mère qui l’inspire depuis ses débuts, il s’est très vite fait connaitre dans l’univers de la cuisine. Il a même pu accueillir à sa table plusieurs célébrités internationales. Aujourd’hui, comme beaucoup d’autres il propose certaines de ses recettes en livraison partout en France.
