Les ExtraOrdinaires le nouveau podcast signé Empow’Her !
Le mois de Novembre, synonyme de l’arrivée de l’hiver mais aussi d’une baisse de motivation généralisée… c’est ce qu’on appelle le « Blues d’Hiver ». Pour contrer cette sensation, rien de mieux qu’un podcast motivant, apprenant pour se rebooster à porter des projets qui nous tiennent à cœur et qui ont pour but de mener vers un mode plus égalitaire et plus juste. Pour cela, Empow’Her, une association qui a pour vocation d’autonomiser les femmes grâce à l’entrepreneuriat. À travers de la formation, de la pré-incubation avec des programmes pour toutes les femmes qui souhaitent se lancer. Mais aussi des programmes en partenariat avec d’autres structures pour autonomiser les femmes dans des pays comme le Niger, la Côte d’Ivoire ou alors le Burkina Faso. À travers 3 tiers-lieux dans le monde, à Abidjan, Niamey mais également à Paris, Empow’Her réalise de la sensibilisation à l’entrepreneriat, l’ESS mais aussi le féminisme grâce à des évènements grand public. C’est dans une logique d’expansion pour toucher un plus large public que Empow’Her lance un podcast inspirant, qui laisse place à de l’empowerment pour l’ensemble des auditeur.ice.s !
Le podcast, un média avec le vent en poupe
Depuis plusieurs années maintenant, nous voyons une recrudescence de podcasts différents faire surface sur les plateformes d’écoute musicale classiques. Si le nombre de podcasts ne cesse de croître, c’est qu’il y’a une appétence grandissante pour ce média nouveau et immersif. En 2021, plus de 100 millions de podcasts différents sont écoutés chaque mois en France ! Suite à la pandémie du Covid-19, un mouvement societal s’est manifesté chez bon nombre de Français : Celui de prendre du temps pour soi. 69% des Français estiment que l’écoute d’un podcast permet de se réconcilier avec soi-même et pour 82% de Français c’est un moyen de se recentrer sur soi-même.
Bref, le podcast est un outil pour prendre soin de soi, et s’enrichir sur bon nombre de sujets, mais aussi peut être perçu comme un divertissement.
Un podcast collaboratif entre Empow’Her et Culot Créative
À l’occasion de ce podcast, Empow’Her s’est associée avec Culot Créative, un média féministe et inclusif sur les genres et les sexualités. Une collaboration qui est née d’une volonté de créer un podcast célébrant le parcours de femmes extraordinaires, afin d’inspirer et motiver les auditeur.ice.s.
Un podcast pour faire dialoguer des générations de féministes
Ce podcast saisonnier, a pour thématique pour la première saison à pour but de faire dialoguer
différentes générations féministes. Ces échanges en duo, n’ont pas de médiat.eur.ice, ainsi, cela laisse pleinement place à un échange sincère, sur le parcours de ces femmes. Avec ce podcast, il met en lumière des femmes aux engagements singuliers et s’interrogent en miroir, sur ce que signifie pour elles l’empowerment au regard des grands débats de société : La politique, les médias, l’engagement citoyen.ne ou alors l’écologie…
Grâce à des cartons avec des questions nous découvrons lors d’une conversation en miroir, des militantes courageuses et inspirantes.
Au fil des épisodes, nous découvrons des discussions autour de différents sujets comme par exemple, le mouvement #metoo, l’écoféminisme, la gestion de son engagement au quotidien, le cyberféminisme, l’engagement politique en tant que femme ou bien la condamnation des violences sexistes ou sexuelles. Avec ses discussions thématisés, les audit.eur.ice.s découvrent ce que c’est pour ces femmes l’empowerment au regard des grands débats dans la société.
