C’est probablement le hack food qui a fait le plus parler de lui ces derniers mois : cette recette de pâtes à la feta vue sur TikTok, buzz maintenant sur tous les réseaux sociaux ! Rien que sur TikTok, le nombre de posts avec les hashtags #fetapasta #bakedfetapasta #bakefetapasta ou #fetabakedpasta cumulent plus de 1000 millions de vues !
La recette est pourtant on ne peut plus simple. Il suffit de placer la feta dans un plat en verre, d’y ajouter des tomates cerises, quelques herbes, un peu d’huile d’olive et enfourner dans un four. Une fois la sauce prête, on la mélange à des pâtes.
À la base, cette tendance vient de la blogueuse Finlandaise, Jenni Häyrinen, qui a posté cette recette nommée Uuni Feta Pasta en 2019, bien avant son buzz viral en 2021.
