Peu couteux à mettre en place et efficace la plupart du temps, le nudge marketing a su faire ses preuves. Conquis par le concept, la SNCF n’hésite pas à mettre cette stratégie en avant au sein de ses infrastructures. Voyons plutôt !
Oui les retards de trains, oui les annulations de dernière minute, oui les arrêts sur voie interminables, oui les billets non remboursables, oui les billets plus chers que l’avion (tu ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi non plus?!), oui le voisin d’à côté qui a passé le trajet à dormir et te ronfler dans les oreilles … Oui nous avons déjà tous connu ça au moins une fois. Et oui pour toutes ses raisons nous avons tous (ou presque) un peu détester la SNCF.
Mais si on se concentrait un peu sur le positif pour changer ? Nous sommes Français et râleurs, nous le savons, ce n’est pas nouveau mais quand même pour une fois on arrête de se plaindre sur nos petites vies misérables et soyons aimables en reconnaissant que la SNCF fait des efforts pour rendre nos trajets plus agréables ! (Non non non malheureusement cet article n’est pas sponsorisé, mais je veux bien un abonnement carte jeune gratuit).
Une petite explication s’impose.
Après l’ouverture des lignes OuiGo (filiale de la SNCF), la problématique autour de la propreté a pointé le bout de son nez ! Bien que les installations et le service d’entretien aient été pensé pour garder l’espace propre, cela ne suffisait pas. Ils ont donc fait appel à l’agence BVA pour résoudre le problème.
Le résultat ? Des poubelles déguisées en monstres ont été installé pour inciter les enfants à jeter leurs déchets. Des Poubellator plus exactement, ils auraient pu être mascottes de la TSM teh ! D’autres nudges astucieux ont été mis en place comme des signalétiques sur les sièges qui informent de l’absence de poubelles individuelles ou encore des cibles dans les toilettes.

Un train propre c’est bien sympathique, il faut bien l’avouer si on reste dans cette optique optimiste! But, cela me fait soulever un point qui n’a rien à voir avec le nudge. Est-ce qu’une solution serait envisageable pour que le wifi gratuit dans le train marche enfin efficacement ? Que l’on puisse arrêter de télécharger nos épisodes Netflix à l’avance ou de faire du partage de connexion ?
Mais la SNCF ne s’est pas arrêté là avec le nudge ! En effet, dans le but de ralentir les voyageurs et fluidifier leurs trajets, les portes de l’un des trains du RER E ont été revêtues de dents qui donnent l’illusion de vouloir dévorer ceux qui s’en approchent quand elles se ferment. C’est à croire qu’ils aiment bien les monstres à la SNCF. La prochaine fois ce sera un partenariat avec Monstres et Cie, t’inquiètes bro’ !
Furthermore, les efforts continuent pour éviter que les gens ne s’agglutinent comme des sardines en bas des escalators, de grandes flèches ont été mises en place sur les quais de certaines stations pour inciter les travelers à se disperser.
Et enfin le must du must selon moi. Quelque chose d’une simplicité folle mais quand on s’appelle Dory comme moi, c’est d’une aide précieuse !
Dédicace à toutes les têtes en l’air qui oublient leurs bagages, qui sont alors menacés de destruction TOTALE, la SNCF a pensé à nous.
Deux solutions pour se faire :
- La diffusion de messages sonores incitant les travelers à se demander s’ils n’ont rien laissé derrière eux, en insistant sur les negatives effects d’une potential inattention.
- Encourager ensuite les autres voyageurs à intervenir. How ? Avec des panneaux montrant un passager signalant à un autre l’oubli de son sac.
Le nombre de personnes interpellant des voyageurs étourdis est passé de 12 à 42 %, AWE-SOME !
