On pense souvent à tord que gérer son budget est quelque chose de compliqué, que cela demande de passer des heures à éplucher ses tickets de caisses et parcourir ses relevés bancaires.
Pourtant, les choses ont bien changé.
Aujourd’hui, il existe plein de manières à la fois simples et rapides pour créer et gérer son budget mensuel. Entre autres, les applications et logiciels de budgétisation rendent la tâche encore plus accessible et surtout bien plus facile.
Dans cet article, je vous présente différentes techniques et astuces pour gérer son budget comme un pro.
#1 Se poser les bonnes questions et s’organiser
Vous faites certainement très régulièrement des petites dépenses qui vous semblent presque insignifiantes: que ce soit un sandwich ou un café à emporter sur le chemin du travail, un vernis à ongle dans une couleur que vous n’avez pas encore ou encore une dernière tournée au bar avant de rentrer.
Quand vient la fin du mois et le moment d’épargner… il ne vous reste presque plus rien ett vous vous demandez où a bien pu passer votre argent.
Le meilleur moyen de trouver ces dépenses inutiles ?
Tenir un budget mensuel, et surtout analyser vos dépenses chaque mois.
L’organisation de son budget est la clé et cela commence par déterminer pour quelles raisons vous aimeriez mieux gérer votre budget. En effet, définir des objectifs précis vous permettra d’appliquer une méthode et de vous y tenir pour les atteindre.
La première étape est donc de les définir en se posant les bonnes questions. Pour cela, commencez par séparer vos charges fixes de vos charges variables pour comprendre exactement les dépenses sur lesquelles vous pouvez choisir de « mieux dépenser ».
Une fois les charges fixes mises de côté, une bonne pratique est d’utiliser la méthode 50-30-20 qui consiste à répartir en 3 catégories votre budget selon vos besoins, vos plaisir et vos objectifs financiers.
- Groupez chacune de vos dépenses en catégories
- Identifiez combien vous dépensez dans chacune de ces catégories.
Je vous en propose trois car le but est de s’organiser et de clarifier vos dépenses sans se noyer dans une masse de catégories et d’informations. Il est bien évidemment possible d’en faire davantage si on veut être plus pointilleux.
#TIPS N’hésitez pas à hiérarchiser vos envies et à faire la différence ente vos projets à court et à long terme. En mettant de petites sommes régulièrement de côté, vous pourrez peu à peu vous rapprocher de vos objectifs à long terme qui seront alors de plus en plus atteignables.
L’une des parties les plus importantes de la budgétisation consiste à évaluer vos progrès et à ajuster vos besoins au fil du temps. Catégoriser ses dépenses juste pour se dire que notre budget mensuel est en place n’a aucun sens et n’aura aucun bénéfice pour vous.
A la fin de chaque mois, prenez un moment pour analyser comment vous avez dépensé votre argent. Un bon moyen de faire le point et d’en tirer des enseignements à ne pas reproduire pour le mois suivant.
#2 Suivre vos dépenses
Il existe plusieurs méthodes pour vous aider à suivre vos dépenses dans l’objectif de mieux dépenser, voire d’économiser.
Une feuille et un stylo ou un bon vieux tableau Excel, l’important est de noter au fur et à mesure vos dépenses et de voir vos principaux postes de dépenses.
Si la feuille papier est du genre à disparaitre chez vous dès le lendemain, n’hésitez pas à utiliser des applications. Un bon moyen d’être guider et surtout régulier. Les applications de budget sont assez récentes mais de plus en plus complètes et puissantes. Un des grands avantage est de pouvoir gérer vos comptes et vos finances directement depuis votre smartphone. La régularité et l’organisation sont la clé !

#3 Les astuces qu’on recherche
Parmi les nombreux postes de dépenses, les courses alimentaires représentent un budget important sur lequel nous sommes de plus en plus regardant.
Quelles astuces avons-nous pour dépenser sans culpabiliser et sans se ruiner ?
Les applications « bons plans »
Avec la flambée des prix, nous avons tous de plus en plus nos yeux rivés sur nos tickets de caisse et sur les prix en rayon ! C’est il est judicieux de capitaliser sur les applications « bons plans » pour économiser tous les mois.
TO GOOD TO GO fait par exemple parti des applications coup de coup des Français pour limiter les dépenses alimentaires. Il s’agit d’une application mobile qui met en relation ses utilisateurs avec des boulangeries, restaurants, supermarchés et autres professionnels des métiers de bouche afin de leur proposer des invendus à prix réduits sous la forme de paniers à sauver. Faire ses courses en ligne
Faire ses courses en ligne est aussi un bon moyen de limiter ses dépenses. En plus de vous épargner les files d’attente, les économies y sont favorisées avec une comparaison des prix en quelques clics pour choisir les meilleures offres.
Sans parler du gain de temps, il est souvent possible de recommander à partir d’une commande précédente et, selon les cas, vous n’aurez même pas à prendre votre voiture ou les transports en commun pour récupérer vos achats. Une manière d’éviter les craquages non prévus lors des passages dans les rayons gourmands où chocolat, bonbons et confiseries nous font de l’œil.

Pour pousser la réflexion un peu plus loin, les économies ne s’arrêtent pas au ticket de caisse. En regroupant tout en une seule session de cuisine, vous allez profiter de votre four pour plusieurs recettes, faire une seule fois la vaisselle, etc… des économies d’énergie et de ressources, qui sont toujours bonnes à faire !
Faire son potager d’herbes aromatiques
Contrairement aux idées reçues, avoir son potager en ayant un petit extérieur voire un balcon n’est pas mission impossible!
Lorsque l’on ne dispose pas de jardin, on pense souvent que l’on ne peut pas profiter des joies du jardinage mais sur un balcon il est tout à fait possible de récolter des légumes, des herbes aromatiques et même des fruits. Il suffit d’être malin et d’optimiser l’espace.
Un bon moyen de réajuster ses dépenses pour des produits qui font souvent grimper la note sur le ticket de caisse.
#TIPS Pour un potager en bonne santé, n’hésitez pas à mélanger les plantes en créant des associations de cultures pour éloigner les maladies, les insectes et les parasites.
Le vrac
Depuis quelques années le concept du vrac a su s’imposer, motivé par des raisons à la fois écologiques et économiques.
Face aux nouvelles attentes des consommateurs, l’achat sans emballage est de plus en plus prisé et les rayons de produits non emballés continuent de se multiplier en France. Une véritable croissance qui ne risque pas de disparaître au cours des prochaines années.
À ses débuts, le marché du vrac ne proposait que les classiques, à savoir les produits secs, les pâtes et les fruits secs. Aujourd’hui on y trouve des produits de lessive, des produits ménagers et même des aliments pour animaux.
Grâce à l’absence d’emballage et par conséquent de coûts de commercialisation, les produits en vrac sont généralement entre 10 et 15 % moins chers que les produits emballés. Ainsi, les produits de base comme le riz et les pâtes sont souvent beaucoup moins chers. En revanche, certains produits peuvent être plus chers, comme le miel, puisqu’ils sont souvent issus de circuits courts, bios et de meilleure qualité.
Pour conclure, ils existent donc de nombreuses astuces et alternatives pour se faire plaisir sans passer pas une addition salée !
