La France est 12ème dans le classement des pays, en 2018, qui contribuent le plus en faveur de l’écologie au sein de l’Union européenne. Le pays a investi la somme de 54,3 milliards d’euros en 2019 pour la protection de l’environnement. Pourtant, chacun à notre échelle, nous pouvons changer nos habitudes de vie pour réduite notre impact environnemental.
En France, nous sommes 67,5 millions de personnes en 2021. Nous pouvons changer les choses. Les petits efforts de chacun, multipliés par des milliers, voire des millions de fois, peuvent faire la différence. Pour faire la différence, voici quelques idées pour commencer dès à présent à changer le monde :
ACHETEZ MOINS
Il faut savoir qu’environ deux-tiers des produits que nous consommons se transforment ensuite en déchets. Une grande majorité des vêtements achetés finis au fond du placard. Pour le bien de notre planète, nous devons changer notre mode de consommation. Il faut miser sur une manière plus durable et reconditionner. En plus de faire du bien à la planète, ça fera du bien à votre porte-monnaie. Globalement, il faut faire attention à nos ressources, favoriser le recyclage et la réparation de nos produits plutôt que de directement les jeter.
MANGEZ PLUS DE PLANTES
Il faut savoir que l’élevage cause la mise à mort de 80 milliards d’animaux par an. Cet élevage et mise à mort amènent des conclusions néfastes sur notre planète. Les terres mobilisées pour la culture du fourrage sont l’une des principales causes de ces effets néfastes. Pour éviter de continuer à polluer la planète avec la consommation de viande, il est fortement recommandé de manger plus de produits à base de plantes et de manger moins de viandes. Selon des estimations, le marché mondial des substitutions de viande pèsera plus de 5,8 milliards d’euros en 2025. Manger des plantes devient alors la solution pour limiter la consommation de viande.
RÉDUISEZ VOTRE CONSOMMATION D’ÉNERGIE
Le gouvernement français s’est fixé pour objectif écologique d’augmenter de 9 % la part des énergies renouvelables d’ici huit ans. Il existe, désormais, plusieurs aides et solutions mises en place par le gouvernement. Les Français peuvent bénéficier d’un crédit d’impôt pour la transition énergétique, il existe également l’éco-prêt à taux zéro, et la disposition des certificats d’économies d’énergie.
PIQUE-NIQUE SANS PLASTIQUE
À l’heure où la crise sanitaire du covid-19 est apparu, le pique-nique est redevenu à la mode. Un bon moyen de contrecarré l’apparition des diverses mesures mise en place par le gouvernement. Cette tendance redevenue à la mode, les déchets se développent eux aussi. Chaque année, nous produisons 300 millions de tonnes de déchets plastiques, ce qui représente quasiment le poids de l’ensemble des êtres humains. Les pique-niques, eux, produisent beaucoup de déchets principalement dus au plastique. La solution à ce mouvement ? Prendre des couverts de notre cuisine, des Tupperwares, des serviettes recyclables, et des gourdes, par exemple.
NETTOYEZ VERT
Pour le ménage, il est conseillé de réduire son utilisation de produits toxiques. Les produits à base chimique ont un très fort impact négatif sur le bien-être de notre planète. On peut donc recommander de faire le ménage en remplaçant les produits toxiques par du vinaigre par exemple. Le choix de remplacer des produits toxiques par des produits naturels est beaucoup plus saint pour la planète.
DITES NON AU PAPIER
Pour réduire l’impact de la pollution du papier sur la planète, nous pouvons, en tant que consommateur, refuser d’utiliser du papier. Au lieu d’obtenir des relevés bancaires et bulletins d’informations par la poste, nous pouvons demander à les recevoir par mail. Le fait de dématérialisée de nombreuses actions similaires va permettre de réduire l’utilisation du papier dans notre vie quotidienne. Des actions qui auront un impact positif sur notre planète.
LAISSEZ LES POISSONS DANS LA MER
L’océan est de plus en plus impacté par notre mode de fonctionnement de notre société. En effet, l’être humain consomme des quantités astronomiques de poissons ce qui est très impactant pour le bien-être de la vie sous-marine. En consommant toujours plus de poissons, notre société est en train de retirer tous les être-vivants de l’océan. Dans ces conditions, l’océan ne peut pas bien se porter. Réduire notre consommation de poisson et laisser les poissons dans l’eau sont les meilleures solutions pour notre planète.
PASSEZ MOINS DE TEMPS SOUS LA DOUCHE
En parlant d’eau, la consommation d’eau dans le monde est hallucinante. Notre belle planète bleue a beau être appelé la Terre bleue, pour autant, seulement 1 % de l’eau présente sur Terre est potable. Pour pouvoir économiser l’eau potable présente sur Terre, nous pouvons, chacun à notre échelle, réduire notre consommation d’eau dans notre quotidien. L’une des premières actions à privilégier est de passer moins de temps sous la douche. Une douche classique de cinq minutes consomme par exemple 45 litres d’eau. En divisant par deux la durée de la douche, ou en évitant de la doubler, on peut avoir un impact non seulement sur la sauvegarde de l’eau, mais aussi sur l’énergie utilisée pour la chauffer.
Globalement, on remarque que les petits gestes du quotidien peuvent mener à des actions collectives qui permettent d’avoir un réel impact positif sur notre planète. L’une des actions les plus recommandée pour favoriser la sauvegarde du bien-être de notre planète est de commencer jeune. Commencez jeune à recycler, commencez jeune à faire attention à nos déchets, commencez jeune à réduire l’utilisation de l’eau, … Commencez jeune à s’éduquer pour prendre soin de notre planète.
