1- Faire ses courses le ventre plein

Là encore, c’est un moindre effort afin de limiter notre participation à la surconsommation, notamment de l’industrie du textile.
3- Transports : être moins dépendant du temps
Lorsque l’on planifie nos vacances, nos trajets professionnels, ou n’importe quel déplacement, nous prenons toujours en compte le temps qui sera nécessaire pour rejoindre notre destination, et cherchons à le rendre le plus faible possible. C’est comme ceci que la majorité des gens choisissent leur moyen de transport, ainsi que leur itinéraire, dans la limite d’un prix raisonnable.
En apprenant à s’adapter aux différentes options en acceptant le temps nécessaire au trajet le moins coûteux, les économies réalisées seront notables en fin de mois. C’est une habitude à prendre, qui permettra aussi, sur le long-terme, de privilégier plus facilement le train à l’avion.
4- Acheter ses billets de train ce 5 octobre !

5- Faire ses comptes
Activité barbare pour certains, ennuyante à mourir pour d’autres, ou encore source de maux de têtes, tenir ses comptes n’est jamais une partie de plaisir. Seulement, les bénéfices liés à ce petit effort sont non négligeables pour économiser et augmenter son pouvoir d’achat.
Cela permet de garder une trace de toutes les dépenses, de les constater, et ainsi garder le fil et pouvoir contrôler les prélèvements automatiques. Inutile de financer un vieil abonnement à une plateforme que vous n’utilisez plus !
Également, compter ses dépenses (et revenus) permet d’être plus conscient de la valeur de l’argent. Une suite pourrait être de budgétiser en début de mois les différentes catégories de dépenses, afin d’encore mieux contrôler ce qui sort du compte bancaire.
6- Découvrir la France
À l’international, les Français sont connus pour être des touristes extrêmement actifs. N’êtes vous jamais allés dans un pays étranger, et, au milieu de nulle part, croisés des habitants de l’hexagone par le plus grand des hasards ? Nous voyageons beaucoup, et c’est l’une de nos grandes forces. Cependant, voyager à l’autre bout du monde est loin d’être à la portée de tous les foyers, ce n’est ni économique, ni écologique.
L’avion, et nous le savons, est le moyen de transport le plus polluant au monde, et de loin. Mais alors devons-nous nous priver de voyages afin de préserver notre environnement ? Non ! La France est l’un des pays les mieux équipé au monde de chemins de fers. De plus, nous sommes connus dans le monde entier pour nos paysages très divers et variés. La montagne, la plage, les marais, la Vendée, les volcans, et mêmes quelques villes comme Lyon, Marseille, ou encore la belle Toulouse, toutes ces destinations sont accessibles en quelques heures de trains (si ce n’est moins).
Si la France ne vous suffit plus, les réseaux ferrés en Europe restent plutôt bien connectés. Et bien qu’il faille un peu plus de temps pour effectuer les trajets, l’aventure en vaut la chandelle, en plus de sauver le monde en économisant un billet d’avion.
7- Consommer local
La France n’est pas uniquement belle par la fenêtre ; elle l’est aussi dans l’assiette ! Et les produits du terroir, ce n’est pas ce qu’il manque. Privilégier les circuits courts est d’une grande aide pour votre santé, ainsi que celle de la planète. Il se peut même que votre portefeuille vous remercie si vous vous tournez vers les producteurs locaux, et accordez moins d’importance à l’apparence naturelle des fruits et légumes, par exemple.
