Junior-Entreprise : qu’est-ce que c’est ?
Une Junior-Entreprise (JE) est une association loi 1901 gérée par des étudiants, qui propose aux entreprises des services – payants – mettant en œuvre le savoir-faire et les talents de l’établissement et de ses élèves.
Né au cœur des grandes écoles de commerce à partir de 1967, le concept s’est élargi à tous les établissements d’enseignement supérieur, des écoles privées, jusqu’aux universités.
Aujourd’hui, c’est près de 185 Junior-Entreprises qui ont vu le jour, dans des établissements aussi divers par leurs enseignements que par leur position géographique. Ainsi, c’est environ 22 000 « Junior-Entrepreneurs » qui sont à la disposition des entreprises dans plus de 80 villes françaises.
A partir de 1969, les Junior-Entreprises existantes décident de créer une entité fédératrice, la Confédération Nationale des Junior-Entreprises (CNJE) pour créer une véritable marque déposée « Junior-Entreprise », qui fête aujourd’hui ses 50 ans d’existence.
La ConfédérationNationale des Junior-Entreprises (CNJE) a pour mission principale d’uniret de fédérer le mouvement et ses initiatives, qui sont aussi diverses que l’est l’enseignement supérieur. Pour bénéficier du label, les Junior-Entreprises doivent respecter une charte de déontologie et de qualité et sont soumises à de fréquents contrôles.
Au niveau du fonctionnement, les Junior-Entreprises doivent s’organiser autour d’un conseil d’administration, composé de 10 à 20 étudiants élus. Cette équipe d’administrateur bénévoles démarche des entreprises pour décrocher des études ou projets qui seront ensuite réalisés par les étudiants de l’école, selon leurs compétences.
La force du concept tient au fait que les Junior-Entreprises permettent aux étudiants d’appliquer dans le monde du travail les enseignements théoriques qu’ils reçoivent de manière rémunérée. Cela permet de créer un lien direct entre les étudiants et le monde de l’entreprise tout en acquérant des compétences supplémentaires, essentielles sur le marché du travail.
En 50 ans, les Junior-Entreprises ont réussi à s’imposer sur le marché comme un véritable acteur offrant des prestations de qualité aux entreprises qui ont vite saisi l’intérêt du concept.

De plus, comme toutes les associations loi 1901, les Juniors-Entreprises doivent se déclarer en Préfecture et sont soumises au droit français.
