Entre gain d’argent et recyclage, les raisons de faire ses produits de beauté soi-même sont nombreuses.
Aujourd’hui nous allons voir 5 astuces beauté 100% naturelles qui peuvent être réalisées avec des produits que tout le monde a chez soi. Ouvrez vos placards et c’est parti !
[Avant toute utilisation des produits, il est important de tester le produit sur une petite partie du corps 24h avant afin de voir s’il n’y a pas de réactions allergiques.]
1. Un masque pour redonner de l’éclat et de la souplesse à vos cheveux
Marre d’avoir des cheveux ternes et secs ? Les rares rayons de soleil qui traversent les nuages vous font regretter vos dernières vacances au soleil ? Pas de panique, on a la solution ! Pour cette recette, la maïzena sera votre alliée.
Dans une casserole à feu doux, faites chauffer 200 ml d’eau avec une cuillère à soupe de maïzena. Remuez à l’aide d’une cuillère en bois jusqu’à ce que le mélange ait la consistance d’un gel. Versez le mélange dans un récipient propre et laissez refroidir à l’air libre. Lorsque qu’il est à température ambiante, vous pouvez l’utiliser comme masque.
NB : Si vous souhaitez réaliser un masque plus spécifique à base de maïzena, vous pouvez ajouter des ingrédients possédant d’autres vertus comme du miel, un jaune d’œuf ou des huiles essentielles par exemple. Veillez tout de même à vous renseigner sur les potentielles réactions que les ingrédients peuvent avoir entre eux et sur votre peau.
2. Des shampoings secs
Aïe… vous venez de vous rendre compte que vous avez les cheveux gras. Vous n’avez pas le temps de les laver avant de partir et vous n’avez plus de shampoing sec ? Pas de panique, on a la solution ! Pour cette recette, plusieurs ingrédients pourront être vos alliés selon votre couleur.
Pour les cheveux clairs de type blond/blanc, privilégiez la maïzena. Versez quelques grammes de poudre dans un récipient préalablement lavé. Munissez-vous d’un pinceau à blush ou à poudre et prélevez une fine couche de poudre. Déposez-la sur vos racines grasses en faisant de légers mouvements de haut en bas pour faire adhérer le mélange. Répétez l’opération jusqu’à ce que vous n’ayez plus de mèches grasses. Pour un aspect plus naturel, n’hésitez pas à pencher votre tête en avant, au-dessus d’un lavabo, de votre douche ou de votre baignoire, et à secouer vos cheveux afin de faire tomber le surplus de matière.
Pour les cheveux foncés de type brun/châtain/roux, la poudre de cacao non sucrée sera votre alliée. Vous pouvez vous référer au paragraphe précédent pour suivre toutes les étapes. Petit plus de cet ingrédient, vous sentirez une petite odeur chocolatée qui vous donnera sûrement des envies sucrées 😉
NB : Si vous souhaitez ajouter une petite note parfumée à votre chevelure, n’hésitez pas à mélanger quelques gouttes de votre huile essentielle favorite.
NB bis : Si vous ne disposez pas de pinceau ou que vous souhaitez réaliser un shampoing sec en quantité plus importante, vous pouvez recycler un petit pot refermable possédant des petits trous [ex : récipient pour les épices]. Il ne vous restera plus qu’à incorporer les ingrédients à l’intérieur, bien mélanger et verser légèrement sur les racines tout en faisant de petits massages pour les faire pénétrer.
3. Un masque pour le visage
Après une recette de cuisine qui ne nécessitait que des jaunes d’œuf, vous vous retrouvez avec les blancs… Mais qu’allez-vous en faire ? Pas de panique, on a la solution ! Ce masque est un parfait anti-rides. A vous la peau plus ferme et lumineuse !
Dans un bol, versez les blancs d’œuf en faisant bien attention de ne pas avoir de restes d’écailles de la coquille. Battez-les légèrement jusqu’à obtenir une mousse. A l’aide d’un pinceau, déposez-la sur votre visage préalablement nettoyé et séché. Laissez poser 10 à 15 minutes maximum. Rincez bien votre visage à l’eau claire. Pour finir, n’hésitez pas à hydrater votre peau à l’aide de votre crème hydratante pour le visage.
NB : Lors de la pose, vous sentirez votre visage tirer légèrement. C’est normal, c’est le blanc d’œuf qui sèche et qui dégage ses bienfaits.
4. Un gommage pour les lèvres
Vos lèvres sont gercées et vous font mal ? Vous souhaitez retrouver vos belles lèvres douces d’antan ? Pas de panique, on a la solution ! Pour cette recette, le miel et le sucre seront vos alliés.
Dans un récipient préalablement lavé et séché, mélangez une cuillère à café de sucre ainsi qu’une de miel. Une fois que le mélange est homogène, vous pouvez utiliser la mixture. Avant d’appliquer le soin sur vos lèvres, enlevez délicatement les cellules mortes. Vous pouvez à présent réaliser votre soin en massant doucement de manière circulaire vos lèvres. Ce gommage viendra les exfolier en profondeur. Rincez à l’eau claire et appliquez votre baume hydratant afin de les nourrir.
5. Un gommage hydratant et anti cellulite pour les jambes
Les beaux jours arrivent et vous avez la peau sèche accompagnée d’une peau d’orange ? Pas de panique, on a la solution ! Pour cette recette, le marc de café et l’huile seront vos alliés. Grâce à cette astuce, vous le recyclerez pour deux raisons : les économies et la réduction des déchets.
Dans un bol préalablement lavé et séché, mélangez deux cuillères à soupe de marc de café avec une d’huile végétale de votre choix. Lorsque le mélange est homogène, appliquez le gommage sur vos jambes propres et légèrement humides en effectuant des mouvements circulaires de bas en haut. Rincez bien vos jambes à l’eau claire.
En plus d’hydrater intensément votre peau, ce gommage a pour avantages de préparer votre peau à l’épilation en limitant la formation de poils incarnés ainsi qu’aux rayons du soleil pour un bronzage qui dure !
NB : Ce gommage peut également être utilisé pour le visage. Pensez à bien essayer ce gommage sur une petite zone non visible 24h avant l’application. Cela vous évitera d’avoir de mauvaises surprises et de développer une allergie par exemple !
