Et si nous devenons tous consom’acteurs ?
Aujourd’hui, la question sur notre façon de consommer se pose de plus en plus. Les derniers événements climatiques, l’épuisement des ressources naturelles et la société de surconsommation dans laquelle nous vivons ont éveillé certaines consciences.
Ainsi, le besoin de consommer responsable et de manière éthique s’installe progressivement en France. Aujourd’hui, 58 % des Français avouent avoir changé leurs habitudes de consommation et leurs comportements alimentaires au cours des dernières années. En effet consommer plus responsable est souvent associé à « dépenser plus ».
Mais alors comment faire pour consommer de façon plus responsable sans se ruiner ?
Être consom’acteur c’est consommer de façon à respecter l’environnement, la société, l’économie, mais aussi sa santé, il s’agit de devenir acteur de sa consommation en optant pour une démarche d’achat réfléchie. Cependant répondre à tous ces critères peut parfois paraître difficile, voici quelques astuces pour vous faciliter la vie
Consommer responsable en privilégiant les circuits courts
Consommer local, c’est manger et privilégier les produits de proximité. C’est acheter des fruits et légumes frais qui respectent les saisons et qui sont plus riches en nutriments. Cela permet de connaître d’où provient ce que l’on mange, de savoir si les conditions de production sont respectueuses de l’environnement et des animaux et permet de soutenir l’économie locale.
Ainsi consommer local est souvent associé au circuit court, un modèle de commercialisation avec au maximum un intermédiaire entre le producteur et le consommateur. Compte tenu de sa définition, le circuit court mène à une proximité à la fois géographique et relationnelle entre le producteur et le consommateur. Néanmoins, du point de vue géographique, il n’y a pas de critère précis permettant de définir une distance au-delà de laquelle le circuit ne pourrait plus être qualifié de court. Celui-ci a de nombreux avantages :
· Renforce les liens sociaux entre les producteurs et les consommateurs
· Donne la priorité aux produits français et favorise l’économie locale par la même occasion
· Permet de manger des produits de qualité, naturels et surtout de saison
· Favorise une plus juste rémunération des producteurs
· Respecte l’environnement : l’impact écologique est moins important.
· La réduction des intermédiaires et l’utilisation de moins d’emballages aide les consommateurs à acheter des produits à un prix plus avantageux
Sucrine club : l’application pour consommer local et de saison
En France, des éleveurs, maraîchers et cultivateurs proposent des produits d’excellente qualité. Agir en consommateur responsable, c’est aussi s’organiser pour avoir des fruits et des légumes de saison, cultivés près de chez soi.
Sucrine club :
C’est l’application qui rassemble tous les acteurs du circuit-court. L’objectif est simple : recenser, département par département, les producteurs et les commerçants qui proposent des produits locaux, de saison et en circuit court, afin de permettre aux consommateurs d’aller plus facilement à leur rencontre. L’objectif de cette application n’est pas que de manger local, mais d’inciter à consommer de façon plus responsable en mettant en relation de manière très simple et ludique les professionnels et les consommateurs, en Occitanie puis dans les autres régions de France.
Cependant, Sucrine club souhaite créer une communauté qui devient actrice du circuit court et qui pèse face à la grande distribution (les Sucrine clubeurs). Pour pouvoir être référencés sur l’application, les producteurs et les commerçants doivent cocher 3 critères, « La règle de 3 du Club » : proposer des produits locaux (-200 km), de saison et en circuit court.
Sont ainsi sélectionnés :
· Des marchés
· Des fermes
· Des magasins de producteurs
· Des épiceries locales
· Et bien d’autres…
L’application est composée d’une carte permettant de géolocaliser les producteurs et les commerçants autour de son domicile ou de son lieu de travail par exemple. Elle offre également la possibilité de sélectionner le produit souhaité et de paramétrer les différents critères, dont la localisation, le type de produit (bio, vrac…) ou encore les services proposés (livraison, drive, vente à la ferme).
Pour chaque professionnel référencé, le consommateur a à disposition une fiche de présentation où est détaillé les produits et services proposés ainsi que les informations pratiques (adresse, horaires d’ouverture et coordonnées).
Aujourd’hui Sucrine Club a plus de 600 points de ventre référencés dans la région Occitanie et travaille tous les jours pour acquérir de nouveaux Sucrine clubeurs. Désormais, l’équipe de Sucrine Club s’efforce de repousser les frontières et compte aujourd’hui 160 points de vente sur la côte méditerranéenne et atlantique et compte ainsi être présent dans différentes régions de France.

L’application propose également des Aventures Gourmandes sur le blog.
