Chers amis chefs d’entreprises, employés ou même stagiaires (oui pourquoi pas !), aujourd’hui, je vous propose de découvrir le top 5 des actions que vous avez la capacité de mettre en place dans votre entreprise pour la rendre plus verte. Alors oui, vous allez certainement me dire que ce sont des idées souvent classiques qui ne sortent pas de l’ordinaire, mais croyez-moi, je suis sûr que la plupart des entreprises ne mettent pas en place une très grande majorité des conseils qui suivent. Alors soyez attentifs et n’hésitez pas à les appliquer ou à en parler à vos supérieurs pour les mettre en place !
1. N’hésitez pas à faire un bilan carbone de votre société
Comme dit le célèbre proverbe : « Connaître son ennemi est un combat à moitié gagné ». Un bilan ou audit écologique de votre entreprise vous permettra de connaître précisément vos axes d’améliorations principaux dans la quête d’une entreprise verte. Ces efforts vous seront bénéfiques sur plusieurs points.
D’un côté, à l’heure où la RSE est un aspect sur lequel les entreprises concentrent une grande partie de leur énergie, la réalisation d’un audit écologique sera un message fort envoyé quant à l’intérêt de la société pour le respect de l’environnement.
Ajouté à cela, une bonne identification des failles écologiques permettra aux entreprises de réaliser des économies importantes. Ces économies se font principalement en remettant à niveau les lieux de vies des entreprises, ce qui permet à termes de réaliser d’importantes économies d’énergies.
Bien entendu, la réalisation de ces bilans à un prix, non négligeable mais il est bon de savoir que ces derniers peuvent être financés au travers d’aides telles que l’ADEME proposée par l’Agence de la Transition Écologique qui propose aux PME des aides financières pour la réalisation d’audits écologiques.
Enfin, il est important de noter que les institutions étant elles aussi en recherche de solutions en faveur de l’environnement ont rendues obligatoire la réalisation de ces audits pour certaines entreprises.
Ces dernières sont les entreprises de plus de 250 salariés OU les entreprises dont le chiffra d’affaires excède les 50 millions d’euros annuel et dont le bilan annuel excède les 43 millions d’euros sur deux années consécutives.
2. Pensez au télétravail
Eh oui, le télétravail, le FAMEUX télétravail. C’est vrai que ces temps-ci la pandémie de Covid-19 à démocratisé cette pratique qui n’était alors pas réellement connue du « grand public ». Alors qu’avant 2020, seuls 15,7 % des travailleurs français travaillaient occasionnellement en télétravail, cette démarche, jusqu’à maintenant encouragée et aujourd’hui obligée par les autorités (à certaines conditions) à connue un bon considérable.
Décrié par certains, adoré par d’autres, le télétravail a aussi du bon en ce qui concerne le respect de l’environnement. En restant travailler chez vous, vous limitez ainsi votre empreinte carbone en vous déplaçant moins, en consommant moins d’électricité au travail, etc.
Mais le télétravail est aussi bénéfique pour vous les chefs d’entreprises ! Selon certaines études récentes, un employé en télétravail serait bien plus productif que lorsqu’il vient sur site. Moins fatigué, plus à même de faire des heures supplémentaires, plus à l’aise, les travailleurs à domicile seraient au moins tout aussi productifs voire plus que lorsqu’ils se déplacent au bureau.
Alors pensez-y, le télétravail, ça a du bon !
3. Encouragez, quand c’est possible un transport plus écologique
Rendre son entreprise plus verte passe aussi par les moyens employés pour se rendre au travail. Et vous, comment venez-vous au bureau ? Avez-vous déjà pensé à votre empreinte carbone le temps de vos trajets entre votre domicile et votre travail ? Nous avons des solutions !
La première, qui peut paraître logique, ce sont les transports en commun. Bien souvent économiques lorsqu’on les compare au prix de l’essence, ils sont souvent un bon compromis lorsque vos lieux de vies habituels sont bien desservis.
Ensuite, il y a le vélo. Le vélo étant LE transport qui se démocratise ces dernières années, il vous permet de vous évader le temps du trajet, de penser à autre chose mais aussi de vous faire pratiquer une activité sportive de façon régulière. Le vélo c’est aussi la solution idéale pour aller au travail en ville et éviter les tracas des embouteillages !
Enfin, la solution qui conviendra le mieux aux employés comme aux employeurs : le covoiturage. Le covoiturage c’est la solution idéale pour réduire son empreinte écologique. Le principe est simple : vous vous mettez d’accord avec les collègues qui n’habitent pas très loin de chez vous et vous prenez chacun votre tour la voiture et passez les chercher le matin pour aller travailler. Bénéfique pour l’environnement, cette solution l’est aussi pour favoriser la cohésion au sein de l’équipe !
4. Favorisez les petits gestes écologiques
Les petits gestes, ce sont ceux auxquels on pense mais que l’on n’applique pas toujours ! Alors dès aujourd’hui fixez-vous de nouveaux objectifs et pensez à ces petits gestes du quotidien qui, ajoutés les uns aux autres font du bien à la planète. Voici d’ailleurs une petite liste (non exhaustive) de ces petits gestes à appliquer quotidiennement pour rendre plus verte votre entreprise.
D’abord : « C’EST PAS VERSAILLES ICI ». Eh oui ! c’est comme dans la pub, pensez à éteindre les lumières quand vous sortez d’une pièce. Aussi, si la luminosité extérieure vous le permet, profitez-en cela fera du bien à la planète et à vous ! Petit conseil pour les chefs d’entreprise, pensez aux déclencheurs automatiques et minutés dans les lieux de passages comme les couloirs, ils évitent aux gens d’allumer et d’éteindre sans arrêt les lumières et permettent de réaliser d’importantes économies.
Aussi, pour lutter en faveur de l’environnement, pensez à bien utiliser vos appareils électroniques. Le soir il est important de les éteindre sans les laisser en veille. Ne laissez pas non plus des appareils branchés inutilement, ils consomment pour rien !
Enfin, faites attention à la température qu’il fait dans vos locaux ! On se retrouve vite avec des situations assez improbables où le chauffage est programmé tellement haut que les employés sont obligés d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Optez plutôt pour d’autres solutions : si vous êtes le frileux du groupe, prévoyez des habits plus chauds en période fraiches. Si à l’inverse, vous avez souvent chaud, habillez-vous en conséquence et ne faites pas partie de ces gens qui mettent la clim à 18 degrés tout en s’habillant en pull !
5. Recyclez !
Enfin, l’ultime conseil que l’on pourrait vous donner : LE RECYCLAGE !
Si ce mot peut avoir tendance à faire peur, il ne devrait pas. Voici quelques conseils, simples et facile à mettre en place pour recycler en entreprise.
D’abord, le papier ! Le papier est l’élément le plus consommé dans toutes les entreprises. On estime qu’en France, un salarié moyen consomme près de 80 kilos de papier par an pour seulement 30% de ces 80 kilos qui sont recyclés. Pour remédier à cela, deux solutions :
- La première, recycler une part beaucoup plus importante de ce papier. Aujourd’hui cela est simple et de nombreuses solutions sont proposées par des entreprises spécialisées dans la récolte de papier destiné au recyclage.
- La seconde, qui est plus dans « l’air du temps », c’est la digitalisation. Elle consiste tout simplement à réduire de façon drastique l’utilisation de papier pour, à termes, aller jusqu’à adopter une stratégie de « zéro papier ». C’est d’ailleurs ce qui est encouragé dans une grande majorité d’entreprises avec la suppression progressive des archives papiers, le développement de la signature électronique et l’utilisation massive des e-mails. Cette étape est aujourd’hui devenue primordiale pour rendre plus verte son entreprise tant la démarche s’est fortement démocratisée.
Aussi, il existe une économie de la seconde main importante depuis quelques années et celle-ci tend à se démocratiser en entreprise. Vous devez changer d’ordinateur ou simplement de clavier ou de souris et ce n’est pas primordial d’avoir le dernier appareil à la mode ? Pensez au réemploi. De nombreuses entreprises spécialisées dans le réemploi s’occupent pour vous de remettre en état des appareils électroniques pour les reconditionner comme neufs sur le marché ! Un geste important en faveur de l’écologie mais également pour votre portefeuille car les appareils d’occasion sont bien moins chers et disposent des mêmes garanties que les appareils neufs.
Enfin, il existe bien entendu le recyclage comme nous le connaissons tous, qui est aussi applicable aux entreprises. Aujourd’hui tout est recyclable, les bouteilles en plastique, les canettes, les gobelets, les piles usagées et même les cartouches d’encre vides. Alors pensez au recyclage et faites en sorte que votre entreprise contribue à faire du bien à la planète !
