Que tu sois pro-seconde main, consommateur occasionnel ou même pas un fervent adepte, tu as forcément entendu parler de Vinted. Ce n’est pas un scoop, ni même une nouveauté, les vide-dressings et l’achat de seconde main sont à la mode.
Vinted c’est l’application phare pour revendre tes vêtements ou acheter à petits-prix des pièces iconiques depuis ton canapée.
Pour ma part, je ne suis pas une grande adepte des friperies, il est vrai que j’ai beaucoup de mal à y trouver mon bonheur. En effet, le côté trop rustique, beaucoup de vêtements entassés les uns sur les autres, sur des tringles très serrées ne me facilitent en rien le dénichage de pièces pourtant des plus sympathique si l’on s’est y faire. Mais il est vrai que j’ai du mal à me projeter ou même l’envie de passer en cabine d’essayage.
Sortie en 2008, l’application Vinted a su conquérir l’Hexagone en mettant en relation des vendeurs et des acheteurs afin de proposer tout un tas de vêtements et accessoires de seconde main (parfois même neuf !) de façon simple et rapide.
Mais alors comment ça marche ?
Toi derrière ton écran, tu fais très probablement parti de celles et ceux qui passent leurs soirées ou dimanche aprem à shooter leurs ex-pièces fétiches, afin de leur réserver la plus belle annonce en ligne, qui viendra aguicher les vinteed avant de les expédier aux quatre coins de la France en passant par un dépôt dans ton Mondial Relay du quartier.
Oui oui, je suis sûre que tu t’es reconnue là-dedans ! Ou du moins c’est le cas de quelque 9,5 millions de personnes en France inscrite sur Vinties. Le vide-dressing en ligne tout droit venu de Lituanie connaît une croissance des plus exponentielle.
En effet, rien de plus simple, tu te crées un compte sous le pseudo que tu souhaites et puis à toi de jouer ! Tu as le choix, tu peux simplement chiner sur l’appli par catégorie pour trouver ta perle rare, ou bien poster tes articles et attendre que l’on te les achète pour ensuite acheter à ton tour sur l’apppli ou bien renflouer ton porte-monnaie !
Vinted a su séduire les jeunes générations, pour cause « 60% des clientes sont âgées entre 18 et 29 ans » mais pas que !
C’est aussi la plateforme la moins chère du marché, aucun frais de vente n’est appliqué lors de la création d’une annonce en ligne. Il te suffit simplement de déposer ton colis dans un commerce partenaire « Mondial Relay », de le faire scanner et de rentrer chez toi … On compte « 400 000 produits d’occasions mis en vente quotidiennement ».
Certaines en ont carrément fait un véritable business, elles chinent des pièces un peu partout, dans des boutiques, sur d’autres comptes vinted, les laves, les repasse pour les mettre en scène à leur façon et les revendre à nouveau !
Astuces pour vendre rapidement sur Vinted
Ça y’est j’ai enfin mon compte Vinted, j’ai passé le week end à trier mes articles et à les poster sur l’appli, mais comment faire pour optimiser mes ventes ? Voici quelques astuces pour vendre au mieux tes pièces :
#1 Le choix de tes vêtements :
Ne cache aucun défaut sur tes photos, il est préférable de vendre tes articles dans un excellent état pour éviter toutes réclamations. Si ton article présente des petits défauts, n’hésites pas à ajouter les photos prouvant ta bonne foi, et mention le dans la description pour qu’il n’y ait aucun problème par la suite.
#2 Prends des photos des articles sur toi
Etant donné que l’on ne peut pas essayer les vêtements sur Vinted, pour réaliser une annonce des plus attractive il est recommandé de montrer aux Vinties comment styliser ses pièces en créant des looks originaux et tendance avec une pièce que tu ne portes plus !
Un produit porté donne toujours plus envie qu’un simple bout de tissu sur un cintre. Ton vinted c’est un peu ta propre vitrine de magasin !
N’hésite pas à multiplier les photos : face avant, arrière, profil, étiquette. Et surtout pense à repasser les vêtements avant, c’est plus vendeur 😉
#3 Soigne ta description
Une fois que l’on a cliqué sur ton produit, il faut convaincre, alors à toi de jouer dans la description des produits !
Pour ça :
- Décris tous les détails : boutons nacrés, col en V, etc.
- Indique la matière du vêtement et sa composition : 100% coton, viscose, etc…
- Indique la taille et précise si le vêtement taille grand ou petit (question la plus fréquemment posé)
- Décris la coupe : droite, cintrée.
- Donne des idées de looks : idéal avec un jean boyfriend ou un pantalon à pince pour un look plus chic.
- N’oublie pas de mention les petits défauts éventuels
- Indique si l’article est neuf, très peu porté voir avec étiquette
#4 Créer de la viralité avec des hashtags
Pour que tes articles apparaissent au mieux dans la barre de recherche, n’hésite pas à mentionner des # en fin de description. Choisis des hashtags pertinents et fortement utilisés.
#5 Vends au prix le plus juste
Le but est de te débarrasser au plus vite de tes articles, c’est pourquoi Vinted en fonction de ta description et des articles similaires, un prix est déjà proposé. Il est peut-être judicieux de te soucier de la concurrence.
Un conseil laisse toi une marge d’acceptation, car souvent les Vinties négocient les articles pour en tirer le meilleur prix.
#6 Soigne le service
Les évaluations positives te permettent de gagner en visibilité ! Les évaluations rassurent également, on se dit que la Vintie est fiable.
Expédie tes colis rapidement, on aime tous recevoir rapidement nos pièces et cela évite de changer d’avis si l’on trouve mieux ou moins cher par exemple, car une fois le colis expédié il n’est plus possible d’annuler la commande.
Donne la possibilité de passer par Mondial Relay (le partenaire officiel de Vinted), c’est un vrai plus surtout pour les grosses pièces car l’envoi est moins cher qu’avec la Poste.
Et surtout réponds rapidement aux demandes. Le délai moyen de réponse est indiqué sur ton profil. On a davantage envie de poser une question à une vendeuse qui répond sous 4h plutôt qu’à une vendeuse qui répond sous 7jours.
Enfin soigne l’emballage de tes colis, repasse ton produit avant de l’envoyer et/ou ajoute des petits bonbons ou un petit mot de remerciement cela fait toujours plaisir et te permets de bénéficier de bonnes évaluations !
Le point négatif de Vinted ?
Parce qu’il faut bien du négatif dans tout cela, sinon c’est bien trop facile. Pour ma part, je dirais que le plus gros point négatif de Vinted, est que les gens monnaient tout. Tu vas poster un article sur la plateforme avec une réduction de prix déjà bien significative comparé à son prix en magasin et forcément, mais la plupart sont à 1 ou 2€ près.
Le principe de Vinted étant basé sur l’échange direct entre les membres, il faut t’attendre à recevoir des questions bêtes du style « c’est un vrai 38, parce que j’ai les pieds fin donc vous êtes sûrs que ça m’ira ? » ou encore le fait de demander une réduction de prix de notre choix typiquement un manteau à 100 euros que j’estime trop cher mais que je veux, je peux faire une offre au vendeur en lui demandant 80 euros.
Comme mentionné plus haut dans les astuces, il est préférable de laisser une marge de manœuvre de prix car il est rare que les Vinties ne négocient pas. Alors oui il faut parfois t’armer de patience, tu n’es pas obligé de répondre à toutes les demandes, tu restes libre de vendre tes articles à qui tu le souhaites mais il arrive parfois que certaines demandes soient excessives ou incongrues, je t’aurais prévenu !
Si tu veux rire, tu peux d’ailleurs retrouver une compilation de ces perles rares sur des comptes Instagram satiriques tels que « Les casses-couilles de Vinted » car oui, finalement il vaut mieux en rire !
