L’idée naît d’une partenariat entre Pôle Emploi et la Fédération Française d’Athlétisme. Testé avec la mission locale du pays Salonais, cet événement se décline maintenant dans une dizaine de villes françaises. Ce job dating d’un nouveau genre est mis en place afin de “briser la glace” et faire se rencontrer recruteurs et candidats dans un contexte plus convivial que celui de l’entretien traditionnel. L’objectif : faire disparaître le bureau impressionnant qui les sépare et transformer le face à face intimidant en activités sportives et ludiques. Ainsi, ce n’est pas le CV ou les compétences qui sont analysés en premier, mais le savoir-être et les traits de caractère. De plus, les sports en équipe permettent aux employeurs de reconnaître des qualités indispensables en entreprise, tel que le leadership, le dépassement de soi, la capacité d’écoute ou encore le sens du travail en groupe.
Recruteurs et candidats, tous au même niveau
Grâce à des équipes mixtes associant employeurs et demandeurs d’emplois de tous âges, toutes origines et de toutes conditions, chacun peut trouver sa place et les barrières tombent plus facilement. Il devient donc plus facile de communiquer, de tisser des liens et d’instaurer une relation de confiance avant de passer au véritable entretien. Plus à l’aise face aux recruteurs, les candidats peuvent appréhender cette épreuve plus sereinement et les employeurs mieux connaître les personnes qui se présentent à elles.
Plus de 60% de taux de recrutement
Lors de la première manifestation le 8 février 2019, 250 entretiens ont eu lieu entre 30 entreprises de la région et 90 demandeurs d’emploi. Le nombre contrats signés témoigne du succès de l’opération. Les chiffres parlent d’eux-mêmes, avec un taux de recrutement de plus de 60% à l’issue de la journée ! 170 postes étaient à pourvoir le 3 octobre dernier lors de la 9ème édition de cet événement à Saint Nazaire.
Cet événement est donc la preuve qu’il existe d’autres façons de dénicher de nouveaux talents, sans utiliser le digital ou autres moyens traditionnels. Sortir des sentiers battus et oser le changement peut donc être très bénéfique pour toutes les entreprises !
